With over 25 years of international experience, Vittorio Grassi has worked in Paris, London, and at the Renzo Piano Building Workshop where he became associate architect in 2000. In 2005 he founded his own studio in Milan.
He has held conferences at the AA School of Architecture in London, at the University of Cape Town, at the University of Bath and numerous other Italian universities. For more than 15 years he has been a Visiting Professor at the F.lli Pesenti Master School in the Department of Structural Engineering of the Milan Politecnico university.
He is a member of the Order of Architects of the Province of Varese, of the United Kingdom and of the Île de France, and since 2014 he has held the title of Chartered Member at the Royal Institute of British Architects.
Composed of an international team of architects, urban planners and interior designers, Vittorio Grassi Architects specialises in the conception and development of product design, urban planning, residential complexes, hotels, offices, commercial spaces and public building projects worldwide.
The studio is currently working on prestigious projects including the new Teatro Luxury Apartments by Starhotels in Florence; the renovation of the Meliá hotel in Milan; the master plan for the renovation of the Marina di Loano; the service quarters for the Ministry of Defense at the Cecchignola and Caserma Barracks in Roma; two new school centres as part of the interventions envisaged by the PNRR; residential complexes in Algeria, Kuwait and Rome.
