Blake is a low coffee table with a metal y-base or a 3-star base, with wood, lacquer or marble top available in a rectangular, oval or square shape. It belongs to a collection of accent tables created by Italian designer Adriano Castiglioni to complete the look of the homonymous sofa.
Sporting a rational construction, the square and rectangular models base consists of a metal frame made of y-shaped legs joined by a spreader connector. Sleek and neat, the black chrome or bronze metal base is a clear retro-inspired tribute to 50s and 60s iconic designs: those of Italian modernism but also those of American renowned architect Charles Eames.
The top is detailed with a 45° carved edge and it comes in three completely different types of materials, responding to various decor schemes. The burnt oak is a great choice for mid-century inspired living rooms. Calacatta white, Sahara Noir black and all other marbles bring an immediate sense of luxe in any setting. For contemporary, less formal settings, the infinite range of matt and gloss RAL colours allows to create a truly unique piece.
