Bao Monocolonna is a tall and round side table for a sofa, a modern end table for the living room with a wooden or marble top, characterised by audacious geometries which challenge balance to find a perfect place in refined, contemporary home interiors.
Born from the collaboration between the designer Martina Bartoli and Bodema, this side table stands out for the softness and roundness of its volumes, expressed in simple and complex shapes to obtain a dynamic and three-dimensional result. The effect of movement is created by the central column, made of a thin sheet of curved MDF which, despite its apparent lightness, offers strength and stability to the precious bevelled top - testimony to the excellent craftsmanship. The round shape is also present in the metal base: unlike the 40 cm top, the latter has a slightly smaller diameter.
With attention to the smallest details, Bao offers a range of carefully selected fine finishes to meet the aesthetic needs of a sophisticated living room. The coldness of the marble and the warmth of the oak create eye-catching combinations with the wooden column and the metal base, thanks to a colour palette designed to align with the latest interior design trends. Nuances of white, black, grey and brown predominate - evergreen colours applicable to any style. The colours of the RAL scale bring a touch of originality, proposed as valid alternatives to create suggestive contrasts of finishes and pleasant combinations with the furnishings already present in the environment.
